Seth Bradley
Managing Partner
Seth Bradley is the Founder and Managing Partner of Law Capital Partners. Mr. Bradley oversees the company’s acquisitions, business development and investor relations. Additionally, he provides legal and compliance oversight and directs the overall investment strategy. He brings to the company over 14 years of experience in general management and new business development.
In addition to Law Capital Partners, Mr. Bradley is the Managing Partner of Bradley Law, Ltd., a California law firm that provides clients with legal counsel in the practice areas of commercial real estate, corporate and asset protection. Mr. Bradley represents real estate developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions in all types of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development, across a full gamut of asset types, including multifamily, industrial, office and retail.
Previously, Mr. Bradley practiced law in the real estate departments of Am Law 200 firms in Charlotte, North Carolina and Orange County, California.
Additionally, prior to Law Capital Partners, Mr. Bradley was the Founder of Crossroads Capital Investments, a real estate company focused on buying undervalued single and multifamily properties, which were then rehabbed for retail sale or held as cash flowing rental investments.
Mr. Bradley graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law and has his Master of Business Administration degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Mr. Bradley brings unique practical experience and perspective to the table as a real estate investor, real estate attorney, commercial real estate broker and fitness entrepreneur.
